At Offdays, if a scheduled event or program does not occur or is canceled for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation, using your original method of payment. All other fees paid to Offdays or otherwise associated with your use of the Site are non-refundable.
